Par ailleurs, lors de l'instruction de cette plainte, la Commission a constate que l'aeroport de Paris, en accord avec les autorites francaises, avait modifie le cahier des charges applicables aux entreprises distributrices de carbureacteur de sorte que soient uniquement autorises, sur les aeroports parisiens, les distributeurs disposant d'une autorisation d'importation et de traitement du petrole brut.
During its investigation of the complaint the Commission found that the Paris airports authority had, with the government's approval, changed the requirements for jet fuel distributors so that only those holding a licence for importing and refining crude oil could be licensed to distribute jet fuel at the airports. This meant that to obtain a licence, a company had to have refining facilities in France.
