CJ. considérant que la liberté de pensée, de conscience et de religion consacrée à l'article 9 de la CEDH et à l'article 10 de la Charte fait partie des fondements de toute société démocratique, et que le rôle de l'État dans ce domaine doit être de garantir, en toute neutralité et impartialité, le droit de pratiquer des religions, des cultes et des convictions différents;
CJ. whereas freedom of thought, conscience and religion as enshrined in Article 9 of the ECHR and Article 10 of the Charter is one of the foundations of a democratic society, and whereas the role of the State in this area should be that of a neutral and impartial guarantor of the right to exercise different religions, faiths and beliefs;
