Enfin, l'Union invite instamment le gouvernement angolais ainsi que, avec une insistance particulière, l'UNITA à respecter les droits de l'homme et à coopérer avec la MONUA et avec les organisations humanitaires à l'acheminement de l'aide d'urgence, et à garantir la sécurité et la libre circulation de leur personnel ainsi que l'accès aux populations touchées.
The Union finally appeals to the Government of Angola and in particular to UNITA to respect human rights and to cooperate with MONUA and the humanitarian organisations in the delivery of emergency relief assistance and to guarantee the safety and freedom of movement of their personnel, as well as access to affected populations.
