C'est bien beau de dire qu'on va faire la promotion, qu'on va approcher l'employeur, qu'on va le convaincre de recruter, mais si on ne trouve pas le candidat là-bas qui est prêt, qui a eu cet appui et qui va prendre le travail, l'employeur, lui, ce qui l'intéresse, c'est la personne compétente et le fait qu'elle réponde à tous ses besoins.
It is all well and good to say that we are going to do promotion, that we are going to approach the employer and convince him to recruit, but if we can't find a candidate over there who is ready, who has had that support and is ready to take the job, it won't work; the employer is interested in finding a competent person who will meet all of his needs.
