Les membres ont le droit d’avoir recours à l’action dérivée (ou « oblique », c.-à-d. une poursuite contre les administrateurs ou les dirigeants de l’OBNL, ou les deux au nom de celle‑ci) et à une procédure en cas d’abus (une poursuite pour assurer le respect des droits de membres minoritaires), s’ils estiment que l’on a fait du tort à l’OBNL ou à eux‑mêmes en tant que membres de l’organisation.
Members would have the right to use the derivative action remedy (bringing an action against the directors and/or officers of the NPC in the name of the NPC) and the oppression remedy (bringing an action to enforce the rights of minority members of the corporation), if they feel that a wrong has been done to the NPC or to themselves as members.
