5)l’obligation de communiquer toute nouvelle information susceptible d’entraîner la modification des termes de l’autorisation de mise sur le marché, toute interdiction ou restriction imposée par les autorités compétentes de tout pays dans lequel le médicament est mis sur le marché, ou de toute autre information qui pourrait influencer l’évaluation des bénéfices et des risques que présente le médicament concerné, comme prévu à l’article 16, paragraphe 2, et à l’article 41, paragraphe 4, du règlement (CE) no 726/2004.
(5)the obligation to supply any new information which may entail a variation to the terms of the marketing authorisation, to notify any prohibition or restriction imposed by the competent authorities of any country in which the medicinal product is marketed, or to supply any information that may influence the evaluation of the risks and benefits of the product, as provided for in Article 16(2) and Article 41(4) of Regulation (EC) No 726/2004.
