(2) Une compagnie d’assurance-vie relevant de la compétence du Parlement peut, antérieurement à l’approbation d’un placement au titre de l’alinéa 32(2)d), par dérogation à toutes restrictions à son pouvoir de placer de l’argent, contenues dans une loi ou autre règle de droit, avec l’approbation de la Société, acheter des terrains en vue de faire un placement au titre des paragraphes 32(1) et (2), et les détenir et les administrer conformément aux conditions que la Société peut fixer.
(2) Prior to the approval of an investment pursuant to paragraph 32(2)(d), a life insurance company subject to the jurisdiction of Parliament may, notwithstanding any restriction on its power to invest money contained in any other statute or law, with the approval of the Corporation, purchase land for the purpose of making an investment under subsections 32(1) and (2) and may hold and manage the land on such terms and conditions as the Corporation may specify.
