Avant chaque attribution, les GRT concernés publient conjointement les capacités à attribuer, en tenant compte, le cas échéant, des capacités libérées par rapport à d’éventuels droits d’utilisation fermes des capacités de transport et, s’il y a lieu, des réservations nettes qui s’y rapportent, ainsi que toute période au cours de laquelle les capacités seront réduites ou indisponibles (pour des raisons d’entretien, par exemple).
Prior to each allocation, the involved TSOs shall, jointly, publish the capacity to be allocated, taking into account where appropriate the capacity released from any firm transmission rights and, where relevant, associated netted nominations, along with any time periods during which the capacity will be reduced or not available (for the purpose of maintenance, for example).
